Role Description

The Senior Director, Technology and Innovation is responsible for leading the exploration, adoption, and integration of advanced technologies shaping the future of our digital infrastructure. This role leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of innovation initiatives, including AI/ML, automation, and emerging infrastructure technologies that deliver measurable business value.

• Develop technology roadmaps and incubate next-generation solutions.
• Promote a company-wide culture of innovation.
• This is a highly visible and influential role at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and ecosystem collaboration.

• Deep understanding of AI/ML applications, automation, edge computing, and sustainability solutions.
• Strong grasp of AI ethics, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional business acumen and ability to articulate ROI for emerging technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead regionally diverse teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence organizational culture and drive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to formulate clear and concise executive messages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred but not required.
• 10-12 years of experience in technology innovation, strategy, AI/ML, or emerging technologies within infrastructure, cloud, or digital environments.
• Proven track record delivering innovation initiatives from concept to scaled implementation.
• Experience building business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations.

Benefits

• Base salary for this position is $197,100.00 - $292,100.00.
