[Hiring] Senior Director, Product Management @Tungsten Automation

Role Description

Tungsten Automation is the leader in Intelligent Document Processing, and TotalAgility is the platform at the center of that leadership. As enterprises move from document capture to AI-native, agentic automation, we are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management to own the roadmap and delivery of our Intelligent Document Processing pillar and the TotalAgility platform.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a product leader who can both set direction and drive it to release. You will define where IDP goes next — AI-native capture, classification and extraction, agentic document workflows, and embedded compliance — and you will be accountable for driving it, allowing oversight and commitment to success through the process.

You will turn market signal, competitive pressure, and customer need into a roadmap the organization can execute against, then partner closely with Engineering to bring it to market on time and at quality.

You will be the connective tissue between vision and execution: setting the multi-year strategy for IDP and TotalAgility, sequencing the roadmap against real delivery constraints, and owning the commercial outcomes — bookings, revenue growth, and net revenue retention — that prove it is working.

This is a chance to shape how the world's largest enterprises process their most critical documents in the era of agentic AI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in Intelligent Document Processing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI and document intelligence strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various audiences, including engineering teams and executive leadership.
• Experience in driving product growth and managing financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Drive execution end to end.
• Own the numbers, including product growth targets, bookings, revenue growth, net revenue retention (NRR), and gross revenue retention (GRR).
• Lead the AI agenda for capture, classification, extraction, and agentic document workflows.
• Be the visible face of the product, engaging directly with customers and the market.
• Own the platform story across the broader portfolio, ensuring coherence across products.
• Stay ahead of the market by maintaining deep command of the competitive landscape.
• Ground decisions in evidence through customer and market discovery.
• Drive adoption through go-to-market strategies in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Channel.
• Communicate strategy, roadmap, and trade-offs credibly across all audiences.
• Shape inorganic bets by partnering with Corporate Development.
• Instrument the business by establishing metrics and operating cadence.
