Role Description

Realpage's Leasing platforms power the rental journey — from first inquiry to signed lease — for thousands of property teams and millions of renters across the multifamily industry. We're looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Leasing execution. Reporting to the GM of Leasing & Screening, this Sr. Director will:

• Run day-to-day product delivery across multiple Leasing platforms.
• Build and coach a team of product managers.
• Be a customer advocate and drive where AI and automation create the biggest leverage in leasing.
• Partner closely with product and go-to-market leadership to turn company strategy into roadmaps that ship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading and managing product teams.
• Experience in multifamily, real estate, or closely adjacent proptech.
• A track record owning strategy and execution for complex, multi-product platforms.
• Strong technical fluency across AI/ML, SQL, analytics, data platforms, APIs, and modern SaaS architectures.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and emerging standards for connecting data and tools to AI agents (e.g., MCP — Model Context Protocol).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; an advanced degree (MBA or technical MS) is a plus, not a requirement.
