Role Description
We are excited to offer a unique part-time opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.
As a part-time co-founder:
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
- Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
- Develop and launch three distinct websites, fully designed in Figma, for our key projects: Autheo, GO WFO, and Launch Legends.
- Create and optimize landing pages that drive engagement and conversions, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Compensation: Initially compensation is equity and token only (until we complete our public token sale anticipated December or January).
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a senior product manager leading complex technical products
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies including blockchain, smart contracts, tokens, wallets, etc.
- Experience with cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, and familiarity with crypto/Web3 communities
- Ability to think strategically about product vision while managing technical details
- Strong technical background with ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in fast-paced environments
- Passion for Web3 and decentralization
Requirements
- Design and manage product lifecycle for layer-1 blockchain platform and ecosystem and layer-2 extreme sports creator network
- Understand the product and company's vision and develop efficient product strategies and implementation plans
- Work closely with clients to understand needs and guide the complete development of the project
- Delegate duties to team members based on individual skills and strengths
- Allocate resources, formulate budgets, create project plans, schedules, and roadmaps
- Adjust schedule as needed and ensure development stays aligned with plan and requirements
- Collaborate with design team to build prototypes and gather feedback from all stakeholders
- Prepare proper documents and oversee timely deployment of the project
- Come up with creative ideas to take the product to the next level
- Lead planning processes to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Web3 infrastructure
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and gaps
- Define requirements and specifications for new blockchain platform and Web3 infrastructure products and features
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop scalable and secure infrastructure architecture and integrations
- Drive execution and delivery of blockchain platform and Web3 infrastructure products and platforms
- Continuously improve infrastructure through gathering user feedback, monitoring performance, and iterating
- Stay up-to-date on latest developments in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies
