[Hiring] Senior Associate, Product - Corporate Development @Indeed

Role Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Strategic Planning professional to join our team. This role will drive Strategic Planning in a central capacity, foster alignment across the business, and ultimately guide executive decision-making. It will oversee new 0-to-1 product thesis validation, managing all aspects of new product development and thesis validation. This includes:

• Working on thesis validation after research and strategy building
• Overseeing all aspects of a new product launch end-to-end
• Engineering team communication and management
• Product requirements drafting and management
• Go-to-market experiments and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience
• Relevant work experience in the field of Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Venture Capital/Private Equity Fund, Investment Banking, and/or Product Management in Technology sector
• Exceptional business analytics skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Proven inquisitiveness to learn & understand something new

Requirements

• Work on research workstreams or strategy projects to deliver key strategic recommendations to collaborators, in the context of M&A and Investment
• Responsible for conducting comparative landscape and customers (employers and job seekers) insights, utilizing various internal/external data sources, to extract key strategic insights
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate/disseminate strategic insights to refine proposals
