[Hiring] Salesforce Product Owner @EPAM Systems

Role Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to support business and technology initiatives across Salesforce and related commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms within the Life Sciences domain. This role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, product ownership capabilities, client partnership skills, and a consulting mindset.

• Act as Product Owner for Salesforce and adjacent COTS initiatives
• Partner with client stakeholders to define priorities, roadmap, backlog items, and delivery expectations
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Own and maintain the product backlog
• Support discovery, planning, demos, releases, and adoption activities
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, BAs, and business teams
• Apply practical Salesforce knowledge across configuration, customization, integrations, automation, reporting, and UX
• Evaluate alignment between Salesforce and COTS platforms
• Identify risks, dependencies, and business impacts
• Serve as a trusted client advisor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform, Flows, and Reports
• Skills in Dashboards, Custom Objects, and Configuration
• Capability to translate business goals into delivery priorities
• Experience with enterprise platforms and COTS solutions
• Strong Agile and stakeholder management skills
• Consulting mindset and strong communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Requirements

• Background in Life Sciences GTM, commercial operations, CRM transformation, and field force effectiveness (Nice to have)
• Exposure to Veeva, Trueblue, and IQVIA (Nice to have)
• Salesforce certifications (Nice to have)
• Understanding of integrations, analytics, consent, and engagement processes (Nice to have)
