[Hiring] Salesforce Product Manager @Motorola Solutions

Role Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to lead programs that equip sales teams with necessary tools, data, and resources to help boost sales growth across Motorola’s portfolio and streamline CRM administration work. This role will focus on understanding the needs of our sales teams and translating them into specific requirements for our Salesforce IT teams.

• Identify improvements, define solutions, build roadmaps, identify key data sets, and assist with implementation.
• Success will be measured by solution adoption and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop a keen understanding of the Sales and Sales Ops processes.
• Own the development, implementation, and roll-out of new business processes and Salesforce solutions.
• Gather, understand, and document business requirements for Salesforce development initiatives.
• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with front line sellers, sales leaders, operations leaders, and the extended IT team.
• Advocate for the needs of the sales and sales operations teams.
• Gather and relay feedback to continuously improve the Salesforce experience.
• Work closely with enablement teams to put together training and communication programs.
• Assist in generation of Salesforce reports to support the sales and sales operations teams.

Qualifications

• Understand user needs and combine them with business objectives and strategy.
• Experience with the Salesforce Platform.
• Exceptional understanding of the sales process and how Salesforce can enable sales success.
• Good Project Management skills in prioritizing, scheduling, and communicating project status and goals.
• Continuous evaluation of sales processes to remove administrative burden.
• Able to stay apprised of developing technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and new Salesforce features.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to engage with architects and technical SMEs.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience and facilitate discussions.
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to see the big picture and execute on it.
• Understanding of IT Agile development, writing, and submitting Jira stories.
• Maintain working relationships with intra-organization groups.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple functions/levels.
• Tableau knowledge a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing development of software solutions OR 5+ years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
• Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong understanding of the sales process.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science related degree preferred.
