[Hiring] Salesforce Product Manager @Hotelbeds Group

Role Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Product Manager to join our Product team, responsible for driving the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem to support our B2B business strategy. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service, Marketing Cloud and emerging AI/Agentforce solutions) deliver measurable value to our partners and internal teams. In addition to defining the roadmap, this role will lead the delivery of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support evolving the Salesforce product vision and roadmap, aligned with company priorities and focused on enhancing B2B commercial processes and partner experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment across teams and measurable business impact.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define problems and shape data-driven solutions, based on insights, user feedback and business needs.
• Drive execution and delivery, working closely with Engineering, Architecture and Design to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Ensure adoption and value realization, tracking KPIs and continuously optimizing product performance.
• Act as the key interface between business and IT, facilitating alignment, managing dependencies and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Promote innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on:
  • AI-driven automation (Agentforce / agentic capabilities)
  • Customer engagement & personalization
  • Marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management
• Strong experience working with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus)
• Experience in B2B environments, understanding commercial processes, sales cycles and partner management
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps and driving cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Exposure to AI / automation / agentic solutions (e.g., Agentforce)

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (nice to have)
• Salesforce certifications (nice to have)
