Role Description

As the Product Solutions Engineer, you are the "Technical Builder" responsible for turning Introhive's vast data into scalable, high-impact value assets for our new and existing clients. You don't just deliver one-off reports; you build the repeatable technical frameworks that prove our ROI to new logos and existing enterprise clients.

Reporting into the Professional Services organization, your mission is to bridge the gap between custom white-glove establishment of our product and a self-serve product experience. You will partner with our Client Solution Architect and the Product teams to engineer automated value dashboards and integration templates that model different clients' technical work from "custom project" to "standardized impact" at high velocity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical bridge between "custom delivery" and "productized value."
• Build automated systems that prove Introhive’s ROI to the world's largest enterprise accounts.
• Execute integrations, configuration, and delivery of end-to-end value metrics, dashboards, reports, and other technical outputs.
• Partner with the Client Solution Architect, Product Managers, Product Support, and Technology Services to build and automate the first five "Success Dashboards" for new enterprise clients.
• Transform one-off data investigations into a library of repeatable Python scripts, SQL templates, and PowerBI/Tableau frameworks.
• Lead the technical configuration for high-stakes POCs and expansion deals.
• Identify manual bottlenecks in the current deployment process and work with core Product/Engineering teams to "bake" solutions into the self-serve product UI.
• Build standardized health-check reports and automated acceptance criteria to resolve data quality issues.
• Drive high-complexity technical projects from the 90% "draft" phase to 100% "production-ready" status within 60-day sprints.
• Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify opportunities for data improvement.
• Triage incoming data investigations using standardized procedures and develop acceptance criteria for fixes.
• Create a library of repeatable builds, templates, and step-by-step guides to improve overall delivery speed.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL queries and Python scripting.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Practical experience with APIs, data mapping, and connecting enterprise software platforms.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a finisher mindset.
• High-level client-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clean instructions.
• Ability to work closely with Solutions Architects, Product teams, and clients.
• Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, software developers, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience

• 3+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (Forward deployed Engineering, Product Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Consulting).
• BA/BS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent practical work experience.
• Experience working in an agile environment within a development team or professional services team delivering customer-facing technical solutions.
