[Hiring] Product Readiness Manager @Smartsheet

Role Description

As a Product Readiness Manager, you will support GTM teams as a product subject matter expert as we take new products and features to market. You will help empower our teams and customers to effectively utilize the Smartsheet product suite and work closely with our GTM and Product teams. This role is a great opportunity to gain deep subject matter expertise on the Smartsheet product suite and associated best practices to ensure internal and external customers are getting maximum value out of their investment.

You will be part of the Launch Readiness team, which supports Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Outcomes Journey, Professional Services, and Sales. You will work remotely from Bulgaria and report to one of our Senior leaders in Product Readiness.

You Will:

• Leverage advanced, comprehensive expertise in the Smartsheet product suite to anticipate future customer needs and guide strategic readiness planning as new features and products release.
• Support cross-functional product readiness initiatives from planning through launch, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams.
• Lead product launch workstreams within the Product Officer and Council Programs, driving progress, maintaining meeting cadences, and managing agendas, action items, and follow-ups.
• Develop and present GTM and Readiness strategies to executive and senior stakeholders, representing the needs of GTM Teams and influencing product decisions.
• Build and iterate on internal documentation, customer-facing assets, and training materials in partnership with the enablement team.
• Contribute directly to broader GTM and company-wide strategic objectives by developing and implementing readiness programs that enhance customer value, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth.
• Proactively identify readiness gaps, recommend solutions, and continuously improve SOPs, tooling, and processes.
• Build AI-powered workflows and scalable programs from the ground up with stakeholders, data, and long-term customer value in mind.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and/or running a program that includes changes to process, people, and technology.
• Proven track record of using technical tools and systems to manage resources, capacity, and cross-functional workflows at scale. Experience with similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience communicating and presenting to a variety of audiences from customers to internal partners to executives.
• Experience analyzing complex problems, developing recommended solutions, and/or managing risk.
• Experience with working and developing AI-powered solutions and workflows (Claude/Claude Cowork).
• Ability to manage and facilitate meetings to develop plans and achieve intended outcomes.
• Ability to influence and/or drive consensus among cross-functional teams.
• An entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating with ambiguity.
