[Hiring] Product Owner, Product Market Solutions @First Advantage

Role Description

We are seeking a Product Owner, Product Market Solutions, who will focus on monitoring, analyzing, and documenting market trends across specific assigned regions of the world.

A successful Product Owner, Product Market Solutions will be accountable for supporting market growth within specific key markets. The work you do will involve a deep understanding of the First Advantage products, customer needs, competitive and local market landscapes and requirements. This role will have a strong focus on building partnerships with the Client Success and Sales teams to drive growth and excellent outcomes for our clients.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned geographic regions, identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare clear, comprehensive reports on market changes, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour
• Collect and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support business strategies
• Work closely with product, sales, and strategy teams to align market insights with organizational goals
• Present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams through presentations, dashboards, and written reports
• Draft white papers and blog posts to support marketing efforts
• Assist in providing content for Quarterly Business Review to regional leaders demonstrating usage, success and improvement opportunities across strategic products, verticals and/or jurisdictions
• Partner with the Product organisation to support enhancements related to core markets
• Formulate and maintain best practice recommendations by vertical/jurisdiction
• Demonstrate a willingness to experiment, iterate, innovate, and fail quickly
• Share regional insights and learnings with global product teams to inform platform strategy and encourage cross-regional alignment

Qualifications

• HS/SHS / Diploma (10+3) / Graduate
• Experience in building and presenting business cases & project plans
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal (in English)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven success in cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
• Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Must be a team player and also should be target oriented
