[Hiring] Product Owner Intern @EPL Group

Role Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Owner Intern to support multiple AI-powered MVP projects within our Venture Studio. This is an ideation and product discovery-focused role. You will help turn business opportunities and emerging AI capabilities into validated product concepts and MVP specifications.

What You'll Do

• Research markets, customer problems, competitors, and AI opportunities.
• Participate in ideation and evaluate new venture concepts.
• Define MVP scope, user journeys, workflows, and product requirements.
• Create user stories, feature specifications, and product roadmaps.
• Work with AI engineers, developers, designers, and venture builders.
• Support customer discovery, validation, prototyping, and MVP testing.
• Explore how AI agents, LLMs, automation, and SaaS can improve business workflows.
• Contribute across multiple venture projects.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in AI, startups, SaaS, product management, and entrepreneurship.
• Analytical, curious, structured, and highly proactive.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving quickly.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Basic understanding of software/product development.
• Experience with AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms (Lovable or similar), startups, or side projects is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be currently located in the United States.
• Unpaid internship.
• No academic/school credit provided.
• Best suited for someone who wants hands-on exposure to AI venture building and MVP creation.
