[Hiring] Product Owner / Business Analyst @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with a strong insurance domain background and practical AI knowledge. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end product development from concept through launch, bridging business strategy and technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating strategic goals and operational requirements into clear product and delivery plans.
• Own product backlog management - define, prioritize, refine, and maintain features, epics, and user stories.
• Perform both PO and BA responsibilities: requirements gathering, process analysis, gap identification, acceptance criteria definition, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive cross-functional program execution coordinating with engineering, design, architecture, QA, data, and business teams.
• Write high-quality user stories and functional requirements with clear business context and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Apply practical AI knowledge to identify opportunities for AI/automation to improve UX, operational efficiency, and product innovation.
• Manage risks, resolve blockers, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Qualifications

• Product Owner and Business Analyst experience.
• Insurance domain knowledge (workflows, compliance, customer-centric solutions).
• Agile / backlog management.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication.
• AI/automation application in product development.
• User story writing and functional requirements documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience launching new insurance products end-to-end.
• Familiarity with InsurTech platforms.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in ambiguous environments.
