Responsibilities

• Translating the CEO’s strategic vision into a structured roadmap and prioritized backlog.
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure product success.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product features and drive the product roadmap.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success.
• Be located in Colombia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management in the software industry.
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
