Role Description

Join our team as an Associate Product Owner/Product Owner supporting the Premium and Claims Agile Release Train within our Workplace Solutions division. In this impactful role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to:

• Prioritize system enhancements
• Translate business needs into actionable work
• House and structure data for analytical use
• Deliver solutions that improve the end-to-end claims experience

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a business role or as a Product Owner/Product Manager
• Strong, demonstrated experience in working with vendor systems and managing external partnerships
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and business owners across complex initiatives
• Expertise in timeline development and management
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, including API integrations and modern system architectures
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive alignment across stakeholders

Requirements

• Drive Product Solutions: Lead cross-functional teams, vendor partnerships, and Agile Release Train resources to deliver high-value product solutions aligned with strategic visions
• Backlog Prioritization: Manage and refine product backlogs by balancing business value, stakeholder input, and strategic priorities
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with ART leadership, business owners, subject matter experts, and other Product Owners to define and refine features
• Agile Leadership: Act as a Product Owner for Agile Release Train cars, participating in planning, demos, retrospectives, and ceremonies
• Outcome Monitoring: Oversee business outcomes by tracking progress, adjusting priorities, and resolving delivery challenges
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address risks in partnership with system delivery teams

  • Associate Product Owner: $86,000 - $114,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
  • Product Owner: $99,000 - $125,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
