Role Description
We're seeking a Product Owner to define our product vision, drive execution, and create compelling experiences across our business network platform. You'll shape how companies connect and transact, building the features that drive network growth and establish TradeHub as the essential platform for B2B commerce.

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define our product vision and strategic roadmap with clear network growth metrics
- Identify high-impact features that accelerate platform adoption and usage
- Balance short-term wins with long-term architectural decisions

Network Platform Leadership
- Own core platform capabilities: partner connections, catalog sharing, pricing, transactions
- Drive innovation in how businesses discover, connect, and collaborate
- Ensure exceptional experience across both buyer and seller journeys

Data-Driven Excellence
- Leverage data to enhance product decisions and user experiences
- Define KPIs and success metrics for network growth and engagement
- Identify opportunities to create intelligent features that drive adoption

Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead agile development process with engineering and design teams
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align product capabilities with go-to-market
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights and validate solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years product management experience with B2B platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS products
- Proven track record shipping features that drove measurable business outcomes
- Experience with business network products, commerce platforms, or complex B2B workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications
- Data-driven approach to product decisions with strong analytical skills
Requirements
- Experience building products with network effects or two-sided marketplaces
- Background in B2B commerce, supply chain, or ERP/integration platforms
- Comfort with rapid iteration in a fast-growing environment
- Passion for solving complex business problems with elegant solutions
