Role Description
We are seeking a new team member for the position of Product Owner (m/f).
- Engaging with stakeholders and clients to gather insights, requirements, and expectations for specific feature(s) within the product
- Developing a clear vision for the feature, including business goals and user needs
- Drafting initial outlines and specifications for the product feature, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
- Working closely with the Business Analysts and Development Feature Lead to define requirements, ensuring all aspects of the feature are properly documented and understood
- Collaborating with Product Designers, Software Developers and QA testers to ensure that feature requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively
- Acting as the first level of control for feature deliverables, reviewing outputs to ensure they meet defined standards and requirements
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation (together with Business Analysts and QA Testers) related to feature requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases and process flows
- Participating in strategic discussions regarding product direction and priorities
- Actively acquiring a broader experience about client issues and available market solutions in the procurement area
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within an agile development environment
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English
- Experience in the procurement environment would be of additional benefit
