Role Description

FĂĽr unseren Kunden aus der Versicherungsbranche in Bern, suchen wir eine:n sehr erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Product Owner.

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die fachliche FĂĽhrung des agilen Teams
  • Erhebung, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen im Backlog
  • Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
  • Aktives Kunden- und Stakeholder-Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Managern, IT-Architekten und Business Analysten
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität der Kundenlösungen
  • Förderung agiler Prinzipien und Methoden innerhalb des Teams

Qualifications

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Zertifizierung als Product Owner
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung und Entscheidungsfindung
  • Hohes Mass an Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend, Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
