Role Description

As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and user-facing teams. With our talented Product Managers, you will:

• Lead the development of new features and improve existing features.
• Shape the product processes from scratch.
• Collaborate closely with support, sales, and success teams to ensure a seamless feedback loop.
• Engage directly with users to gain insights into their specific use cases and challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a closely related operational role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and extracting meaningful insights.
• Ability to empathize with user problems and understand pain points.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• General technical knowledge of software development processes and systems.
• Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets).
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company.
