Role Description

CancerNavigator is a white-glove, end-to-end, cancer support service for patients and their families. We work with health plans across the country to provide 1-1 support to members facing a cancer diagnosis.

This Product & Operations role will focus on:

• Engaging as many patients in their hour of need as possible.
• Maximizing patient impact and business performance.
• Working closely with cross-functional leaders.

The daily work of this role will be:

• Highly cross-functional.
• Analytical.
• Sprint-based in nature.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare technology or healthcare services, working in a product, operations, or member growth/engagement focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems through data and track outcomes to measure success.
• Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for team in-person sprints (projected 20%).
