[Hiring] Product Manager, Order-to-Cash @Kaseya

Role Description

Kaseya is seeking a professional to manage and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process across various capabilities. This role involves:

• Managing billing schedules, invoice generation and delivery, and customer inquiries.
• Supporting payment processing, cash application, and credit management.
• Enabling tokenization, autopay, and payment-status synchronization across platforms.
• Supporting revenue recognition and accounting processes.
• Creating and managing orders across different sales channels.
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.
• Maintaining reliable data for operational and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the O2C roadmap across various operations.
• Serve as O2C subject matter expert across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize work.
• Own and prioritize the backlog against corporate strategy and transformation goals.
• Mature the O2C operating model by simplifying processes and improving governance.
• Lead requirements and solution alignment throughout the O2C lifecycle.
• Ensure data consistency across integrations.
• Support migration from legacy systems to the Salesforce and Oracle ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and subscription-based models.
• Experience with Corporate/BIS systems.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear requirements and user stories.
• Proven track record in managing O2C processes.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle ERP/Fusion, and related platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
