Role Description
The Product Manager serves as a central leader within Lakeview MSRβs General Operations division, overseeing vendor data intakes, the health of incoming and internal data, and the systems and workflows that depend on this information. This role bridges strategy and execution, driving accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data while enabling automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
The Product Manager leads a team of Process Monitoring Specialists and partners closely with the Technology group, the Optimization Team, and peer Product Managers to deliver scalable, high-quality data capabilities.
This role is fully remote anywhere in the United States. Compensation range $115,000 to $133,000 in base pay, with bonus potential based on experience and location.
Responsibilities

Domain Ownership & Strategy:

Define and maintain the roadmap for data integration, normalization, intake, reconciliation, and monitoring capabilities, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term scalability.

Establish metrics and SLAs for intake timeliness and reliability; publish KPI dashboards tracking accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and exception rates.

Vendor Data & Intake Oversight:

Establish and enforce quality controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Oversight of the end-to-end vendor feeds (SLAs, file specs, change control, cutovers), ensuring timely ingestion and reconciliation with loan-level documentation.

System & Workflow Management:

Oversee systems and platforms used for data validation, exception handling, and process automation.

Partner with Technology to evolve platforms for ingestion/orchestration, data validation, exception handling, and process automation.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with the Optimization Team and peer Product Managers to align processes, share best practices, and drive efficiencies.

Act as the primary liaison between Operations leadership, vendors, and internal tech teams to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities and risk management.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting:

Promote reporting, development, and monitoring of KPIs for data accuracy, process-health, and exception rates; communicate results to leadership.

Promote automation, workflow streamlining, and governance improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in any concentration that has exposure and experience in the relevant technical skills, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2+ years of data analysis experience.

Background in the mortgage, financial, or banking industry is a plus.

7+ years in process optimization, operations, or data-driven roles, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.

Familiarity with mortgage servicing operations, regulatory requirements, and workflow systems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.

Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI design, dashboarding, and operational reporting.
