Role Description

• Responsible for product management in the areas of coding, medical controlling, and revenue management for the markets in Austria with LKF as the primary focus for Austria.
• Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision and strategic direction for medical controlling and revenue management.
• Own the product roadmap Austria, including strategic prioritization and alignment with ORBIS Medical Controlling modules.
• Collect, analyze, define, and prioritize market, customer, and regulatory requirements with specific attention to Austrian LKF processes.
• Prepare, support, and conduct customer workshops for requirements validation and solution alignment.
• Ensure a structured defect management process and maintain high quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Drive implementation of prioritized requirements in close collaboration with R&D, fellow product managers, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in medicine, health economics, medical controlling, nursing, or a comparable field of study or training, ideally complemented by additional qualification in medical controlling.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in medical controlling in somatic medicine; knowledge of psychiatry would be desirable.
• Knowledge of the LKF model in Austria is essential.
• Knowledge of and interest in processes in the field of medical controlling and revenue management.
• IT skills (ORBIS or comparable HIS, medical software in general).
• Independent way of working and very good analytical skills as well as excellent communication and self-management skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English are required.
