Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager Intern to join our Product Management team at Fullbay. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates working toward a bachelor’s or master's degree, to gain hands-on experience in product strategy and customer insights while building a career path in Product Management.
- Support the Product Management team by analyzing product data, managing customer feedback through tools like Pendo, and coordinating research and customer advisory events.
- Ideal for someone with a degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business, who is proficient in Excel’s analytics capabilities and has a keen interest in leveraging data to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with R or Python is a plus.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program in Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a software development environment is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with R or Python is a plus.
- Experience or willingness to learn Voice of Customer tools, such as Pendo.
- Capability to conduct both primary (focus groups, customer interviews) and secondary (market trends, competitive analysis) research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to summarize findings clearly for different audiences.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and to keep track of important project details related to customer advisory boards, focus groups, and research events.
- Ability to build rapport during customer visits and gather qualitative feedback, take detailed notes and synthesize information into a summary report.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and basic statistical concepts.
- Knowledge of or interest in the commercial repair business or fleet management industry is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow into a Product Management career path.
- This job will require travel to customer locations, industry events, and to our Phoenix headquarters from time to time, which could require up to 25% of your time traveling.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Regularly required to sit at a desk in front of a computer and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls (including a computer keyboard and operating a telephone), lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Frequently requires the use of hands and arms for reaching, as well as the ability to walk and communicate effectively through speaking and listening.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Type on a computer keyboard and look at a computer monitor, and operate a cell phone or a computer-based phone.
