Role Description
We are seeking a proactive Brickwork Development and Consultant Coordinator to manage Brickwork's product development and presence on the Salesforce AppExchange NPC (Nonprofit Cloud). This role will enhance the visibility and adoption of Deluxe nonprofit solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and engage in community outreach
- Ensure Brickwork is functional in the NPC to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
- Evolve Deluxe nonprofit solutions to include other platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, CiviCRM
- Maintain documentation of correspondence with Salesforce representatives
- Oversee the security review remediation process for Brickwork
- Ensure updates meet Salesforce standards and manage case correspondence with Salesforce support
- Facilitate communication between technical teams to implement necessary architectural adjustments
- Manage the transition from NPSP to NPC in the Salesforce environment
- Project manage the strategic integration of Brickwork with Deluxe Payment Processing (DPP)
- Ensure seamless interactions within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Engage with key Salesforce stakeholders, consultants, and solution partners
- Champion Deluxe nonprofit solutions and collaborate with product and support teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2 years relevant experience, OR HS/GED and 6 years of relevant experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3 years of product or related experience (preferred)
- 2 years of experience with Brickwork (preferred)
