[Hiring] Product Manager III @Indeed.com

Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager for Verifications, you will own key product areas within Indeed's Verifications platform, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality experiences that help employers make more informed hiring decisions and enable job seekers to demonstrate their qualifications. You will translate customer feedback, product data, and business priorities into actionable roadmaps, driving initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. Working across Engineering, Design, Legal, Policy, Trust, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market, you will navigate ambiguity, resolve cross-functional challenges, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. You will continuously measure outcomes, identify opportunities to improve adoption and verification volume, and balance short-term execution with longer-term product investments as Verifications evolves from an early-stage product into a core part of Indeed's hiring platform.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.
• Experienced with data analytics (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (figma), AI tools and prototyping (claude, chatgpt, cursor, etc.).
• Experienced with front end user experience (web, mobile, apps).
• Data driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Oversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories.
• Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.
• Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups.

Salary Range Transparency

• Tier 1 - United States of America: 150,000 - 224,000 USD per year.
• Tier 2 - United States of America: 166,000 - 250,000 USD per year.
• Tier 3 - United States of America: 182,000 - 274,000 USD per year.
• Tier 4 - United States of America: N/A.
• Tier 5 - United States of America: 207,000 - 311,000 USD per year.
