[Hiring] Product Manager, Healthcare @First Advantage Global operating Centre

Role Description

First Advantage is seeking a Healthcare Product Manager to join our Drug & Occ Health Screening (DOHS) product team. This role is focused on driving value across healthcare screening, credentialing, onboarding, and hiring workflows by working closely with healthcare clients and internal healthcare subject matter experts.

• Partner directly with healthcare customers to understand their operational challenges, regulatory requirements, and hiring workflows.
• Translate insights into prioritized product initiatives.
• Define and execute a healthcare-specific product roadmap that delivers measurable client and business impact.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with healthcare clients to identify unmet needs, workflow gaps, and product opportunities.
• Partner with the Healthcare Vertical team to synthesize insights into a cohesive product roadmap.
• Lead product discovery efforts, including client interviews and workflow analysis.
• Translate healthcare business and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on client value, regulatory impact, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams for successful implementation.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in healthcare screening and hiring workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience in healthcare screening, credentialing, onboarding, hiring, or workforce-related domains is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and drive product decisions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication skills to translate client needs into actionable product direction.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing competing client and business priorities.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is approximately $105K-125K base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other relevant factors.
