[Hiring] Product Manager (Design-Led) @Opply

Role Description

As a Product Manager (Design-Led) at Opply, you will:

• Own product outcomes across squads, working on business problems and user pain points.
• Connect the dots between projects running in parallel across squads to ensure a coherent product experience.
• Shape the design direction of the product, ensuring every flow and interaction feels intentional.
• Design for clarity and trust, simplifying dense workflows for users making consequential decisions.
• Go deep on projects where craft moves the needle, including wireframes and hi-fi Figma work.
• Set the bar for design without being a gate, providing engineers with direction and patterns.
• Shape agentic experiences, defining user interactions with intelligent systems.
• Work closely with Product Engineers throughout the development process.
• Engage with users regularly to validate ideas and gather feedback.
• Focus on impactful outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience shipping products in fast-paced startups.
• Experience owning roadmaps and outcomes in dynamic environments.
• Ability to think in flows, layouts, and interactions as a product manager with a designer's mindset.
• Fluency in Figma, capable of creating designs from rough wireframes to polished outputs.
• Experience with data-heavy, trust-critical products.
• Willingness to prototype or code to communicate ideas effectively.
• Strong taste and vision for unique product design.
• Understanding of intelligent, autonomous components in design.
• Ability to raise the design bar while enabling team momentum.
• Focus on delivering impactful work rather than output for its own sake.

Requirements

• Experience in product management and design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple squads and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
• Experience in user engagement and feedback validation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.
