[Hiring] Product Manager, Data Insights @RTX

Role Description

The Product Manager will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for data initiatives across multiple airport domains – including biometrics, baggage, self-service kiosks, passenger flow, and airport operations. Responsibilities include:

• Act as a trusted advisor to existing airport operators globally.
• Own the end-to-end data strategy for our airport solutions.
• Lead agile, product-led execution by working side-by-side with your teams.
• Drive data alignment across our teams including Engineering, Product Owners, and Sales/Business Development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level decision-making and approvals.
• Own financial success metrics including product profitability and cost management.
• Be responsible for overall product business case, Strategic Financial Plan (SFP), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Product Lifecycle Management and agile development practices.
• Strong understanding of data concepts – pipelines, warehousing, governance, and analytics tooling.
• Proficiency using product and engineering tooling (such as Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Product board, or Jira).
• Experience creating business cases including financial metrics such as product profitability and cost management.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• A bias towards action and a passion for making data actionable.
• Demonstrable financial acumen, with a track record of managing a product P&L.

Requirements

• Preferred background in technologies centered around airports.
• Exposure to products with both hardware and software components.
