[Hiring] Product Manager - Core Management Platform @Vantaca + HOAi

Role Description

Vantaca's core platform is the software community management companies live in every day, all day. Every owner interaction, every board request, every architectural review, every dollar that moves. It is the system community managers reach for first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. The job of this PM is simple to say and hard to do: make that software so good that the customers who use it every day feel like it is working for them, not the other way around.

• Make the software dramatically easier to use for customers: faster, cleaner, fewer clicks, less context-switching, more answers without needing to ask.
• Build the agentic capabilities that take work off the customer's plate entirely, woven into the same surface.
• Own a portfolio of capabilities end-to-end: from customer signal to spec, launch, and metrics.
• Report directly to the Group Product Manager over the core platform, collaborating daily across teams.

• Spend real time with management companies to understand their workflow.
• Take initiative on what to build next without waiting for direction.
• Build a clear point of view on what's worth building and defend it with evidence.
• Build software your customers love using every day.
• Treat ease of use as a measurable outcome.
• Spot places customers are working around our software and fix the root cause.
• Partner with design as a peer; UX quality is a non-negotiable bar.
• Build API-first.
• Make sure every capability is exposed cleanly to HOAi and IQ.
• Build for both agents and humans.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes.
• Move fast across multiple workstreams.
• Communicate directly and lead with facts.

Qualifications

• A discovery method that's distinctly yours.
• Comfortable getting on the phone with customers and understanding their needs.
• Track record of identifying what to build next without being told.
• Obsesses about ease of use as something you can measure.
• Partners with design as a peer.
• Treats API design as a product decision.
• Experience speccing or building agentic workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools as your primary product workflow.
• 3+ years in product management or a closely adjacent role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
