Role Description
The Product Manager leads the development and execution of a product strategy, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. They are responsible for defining the product vision, conducting market research, analysing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining product requirements to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and drives business growth.
- Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap for the Control Tower Product and respective solutions in alignment with the requirements and objectives of the business.
- Leverage available data to develop a platform that provides visibility on the current status of Supply Chain, highlighting inefficiencies, disruptions, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management functional and cross-functional teams, IT, and operations to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Establish a unified view on key performance indicators (KPIs) measurement, display, and tracking.
- Lead efforts to optimize the platform performance for maximum operational efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure seamless integration between the Supply Chain operational systems for data completeness and quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Supply Chain / Logistics industry with focus on Business Intelligence and/or Control Tower.
- Experience in working with market leading BI solutions (Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau), with practical knowledge of one of them.
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment with focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with complex integration projects and solutions with focus on data analytics and visibility.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
