[Hiring] Product Manager @CX Marketing

Role Description

As a Product Manager, Media and Digital on the Innovation & Development team, you will support and manage product initiatives across Moore’s Media and Digital roadmap. This is a hands-on product role focused on measurement, attribution, platform integrations, digital audience acquisition, and continuous improvement across the channels our clients use to reach supporters.

• Work closely with Media and Digital leaders, clients, and cross-functional business teams to understand their problems and goals.
• Partner with internal teams and subject-matter experts to design and develop solutions.
• Clearly define and communicate product vision, requirements, and recommendations to media stakeholders, internal partners, and product development teams.
• Own product backlogs and contribute to roadmaps for Media and Digital.
• Lead reporting and data integrations across media platforms.
• Shape how Moore measures media impact, including attribution, matchback, and cross-channel evaluation methods.
• Evaluate third-party data partners and inventory opportunities.
• Document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Apply sound judgment when prioritizing client and media team needs.
• Define and use product, adoption, data quality, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate product discovery, delivery, limited releases, launch, enablement, stakeholder communications, and post-release learning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on familiarity with digital media channels and platforms, including paid search, paid social, email, SMS, and programmatic.
• Working knowledge of marketing measurement concepts such as multi-touch attribution, matchback, incrementality testing, and TV or offline attribution.
• Experience delivering data and reporting integrations with media platforms and third-party APIs.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management platforms.
• Proficiency in writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to elicit and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable requirements.
• Data-informed mindset with experience defining and tracking product success metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising, direct mail, email and SMS acquisition, or third-party data partnerships is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent practical experience considered.
