Role Description

PURE HomeRiver is looking for an AI-forward fintech Product Manager who wants to grow quickly with our team. We're building software in collaboration with our users, who are deeply insightful and incredible to work with.

This role will support our Property Manager Accounting Domain, the financial core of our multi-ledger accounting and payments engine. Responsibilities include:

• Trust accounting
• Ledgering
• Rent posting
• High-volume transactional payments processing
• Reconciliations
• Closing workflows
• Financial reporting

You'll be making product decisions that balance user needs, compliance requirements, operational workflows, and financial accuracy. You'll work closely with internal accounting experts to ensure compliance with trust accounting regulations and build workflows that support clean, auditable financials. The role will focus on shipping our platform internally and increasing efficiency for our property managers. You'll be involved in:

• Research
• User interviews
• Writing stories
• Defining the strategy and roadmap as we grow

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager on B2B2C or enterprise products
• Experience with complex user workflows involving heavy use of third-party integrations and vendors
• Proficient in AI-enabled product development
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language
• Motivated self-starter
• Subject matter knowledge in:
• Double-entry accounting
• Bank reconciliations
• Integrations for payments and money movements
• Financial reporting
• Startup or scale-up experience
