[Hiring] Product Manager @Walkthrough.ai

Role Description

Kula is the only AI-native Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — built by recruiters, for modern hiring. We bring sourcing, screening, interviews, scheduling, and analytics into one system, so hiring teams can run every stage of hiring in one place instead of stitching together disconnected tools.

Our platform pairs built-in sourcing & CRM, AI-powered resume scoring, an AI notetaker with auto-filled scorecards, smart scheduling, and conversational analytics with DEI tracking built in — backed by SOC 2 Type II certification. The result: less manual data entry, fewer tools to manage, and AI that actually works because it has complete data across the hiring process.

One system. Every stage of hiring. If that's work you'd want to be part of, we'd love to meet you.
