Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong retail industry experience to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product management, retail business processes, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on business goals and customer needs.
• Gather and analyze requirements from retail stakeholders, customers, and business teams.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate sprint planning with Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
• Work closely with development teams to deliver product enhancements, integrations, and new features.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and business metrics.
• Lead product demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve retail operations, customer experience, and business efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across merchandising, inventory, e-commerce, supply chain, and store operations as applicable.
• Maintain product documentation and communicate roadmap updates, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related role.
• Mandatory: Hands-on product management experience in the retail industry.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retail technology, e-commerce platforms, POS systems, merchandising, inventory management, or omnichannel retail solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
• Experience with product analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or digital transformation products.
