Role Description

The Product Manager (PM) defines the strategic vision and roadmap for products, creating new features from concept to completion. The PM leads cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategy, commercial, and support teams throughout the product development lifecycle. By selecting key features, optimizing the roadmap, and leveraging market research, the PM drives product direction while utilizing agile, customer-centric approaches to maximize business value and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Define product features and align them with the overall product strategy.
• Establish and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver business value.
• Oversee the creation of new features, balancing customer needs with budget and technical constraints.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure technical specifications meet the desired user experience.
• Use in-depth industry knowledge, customer relationships, and market research to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Lead collaboration across teams (Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Strategy) throughout the product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery while managing cross-product dependencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver customer value.
• Foster an agile, customer-centric team culture focused on problem-solving and fast delivery.
• Inspire continuous learning and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management or related field.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with market research and data analysis.
