[Hiring] Product Manager @Learning Pool

Role Description

We are looking for a commercially savvy, forward-facing Product Manager to spearhead the growth of our leading-edge learning product. This is a "zero-to-one" opportunity where you will be responsible for defining the market fit for a highly innovative product that bridges the gap between generative AI and meaningful learning and enablement outcomes, delivering a product ready for the world’s largest and most innovative brands and users.

Unlike product management roles focused on backlog maintenance, this position is highly commercial and external. You will be the face of the product—partnering with our revenue teams, engaging directly with clients, and representing Confirm at major industry events. While you live at the leading edge of AI, every decision you make is anchored in robust learning or enablement theory to ensure we deliver a fantastic, high-performing product, not just a set of AI experiments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Market Shaping & Product-Market Fit: Work tirelessly to identify and secure Product-Market Fit, iterating based on rapid feedback loops from early adopters and the competitive landscape.
• Product Advocacy & Enablement: Act as the primary subject matter expert for our Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams, providing them with the narrative and tools needed to win.
• Client Engagement: Lead high-stakes discovery sessions and demonstrations with clients, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value. Use deep customer insights to make hard trade-off decisions.
• Innovation Intelligence: Maintain a deep, relevant understanding of AI (LLMs, agents, and multi-modalities), staying ahead of limitations and opportunities within rapidly changing technology.
• Learning-First Design: Ensure the product isn't just an exercise in AI innovation and ensure that learning theory is built into the core user experience.
• UX Stewardship: Partner with designers to ensure the interface is world-class, intuitive, and reflects the leading-edge nature of the tech that is ready to be used by the world’s largest brands and hyperscalers alike.

Qualifications

• Innovation with intent: Ability to live within the messiness of a zero-to-one product innovating at high-speed and convert this into a solid and stable BAU state as the product moves into production, adoption, and maturity.
• AI Fluency: Deep, practical understanding of current AI models and concepts, including strengths and limitations.
• Pedagogical Depth: Experience in learning design, enablement, or educational theory, with the ability to apply this to AI-driven products.
• Commercial Instinct: Proven track record of supporting revenue growth and navigating B2B SaaS commercial cycles.
• Strategic Communication: Natural "evangelist" comfortable on stage, on camera, or in a boardroom.
• Problem focused: Preference for problem-solving, customer insight, and advocacy over granular ticket management.
• Visual Eye: Refined sense of "what good looks like" in modern software design.
