[Hiring] Product Manager @Kaseya

Role Description

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Business Information Systems (BIS) team. This individual will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise capabilities supporting our Product Business Systems (PBS), focusing on:

• Business systems products and pricing
• Software provisioning, usage, and overage

This role will support both Kaseya’s current operating environment and its future-state transformation. PBS is a newly formed team and growing fast! PBS capabilities are supported across platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, integrations, and our Kaseya products, including Kaseya One.

The ideal candidate will understand how the Lead-to-Cash process works at an Enterprise SaaS company, including:

• Configuring Products and Pricing
• Bundle configurations
• Provisioning software licenses through integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Capturing usage and overage in different systems (Salesforce and NetSuite)

This person must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities, while helping Kaseya simplify legacy processes, strengthen controls, and build scalable PBS capabilities for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy
  • Define and manage the product roadmap for Product and Pricing, Fulfillment & Provisioning capabilities
  • Serve as the PBS subject matter expert across current and future-state systems
  • Partner with various stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable business outcomes
  • Prioritize PBS investments to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
  • Help mature the PBS operating model by simplifying processes and strengthening governance
• Lead-to-Cash Lifecycle Execution
  • Lead requirements definition and solution alignment across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
  • Translate complex business processes into clear system requirements and user stories
  • Ensure data flows are consistent and aligned across integrated systems
  • Partner with technical teams to support integrations
• Agile Delivery
  • Own and manage the product backlog; write clear, actionable user stories
  • Lead sprint planning and Agile ceremonies for assigned PBS workstreams
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned to business goals
  • Manage delivery across both business-as-usual and NextGen workstreams
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with technical leads and teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
  • Drive alignment across upstream and downstream teams
  • Facilitate issue resolution across complex workflows
• Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure solutions meet applicable compliance standards
  • Partner with governance and architecture teams to maintain alignment with enterprise policies
  • Ensure changes include clear documentation and operational readiness
• Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to optimize workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational scalability
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, or enterprise solution delivery roles
• Proven expertise in Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or subscription lifecycle processes
• Hands-on experience with software license provisioning and entitlement management
• Experience with usage-based pricing models
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and comparable enterprise systems
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate evolving transformation plans
