[Hiring] Product Manager @PSignite

Role Description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the successful release and adoption of new releases and features to both internal teams and to our customers. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys being the person others turn to as the subject matter expert on product features, usage, and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements definition and solution design - Client Requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise – Internal and External
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for small to medium items, working with internal teams and client-facing contacts.
• Support the VP of Product on larger and more complex requirement definition and solutioning items of strategic importance.
• Business validation testing of all items pre-release.
• Own the business validation testing of new features for the monthly product releases.
• Manage the GA (General Availability) release (Every 4 months) end-to-end test plan execution.
• Business documentation and knowledge transfer of new features and functions, including internal launch and external client launch materials.
• Manage and maintain the internal knowledge base, including internal KT (Knowledge Transfer) documentation on new features and standard product delivery templates.
• Support the VP of Product on internal release demo & KT sessions.
• Manage and maintain the external user standard product documentation with each GA release.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in CPG trade promotion / revenue growth management domain.
• Previous TPM/TPX solution experience (Required).
• Business domain knowledge within the CPG Domain (Required).
• Experience with relationship management and working with cross-functional teams and solutioning will be highly regarded.
• Experience and knowledge of AI platforms and usage will be beneficial.
• Product Management experience is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with Atlassian (Jira) and Salesforce software solutions preferred but not essential.

Requirements

• A previous or current TPM/TPO System Administrator for a CPG manufacturer, or a previous sales user of TPM/TPO solutions for a CPG manufacturer.
• A previous or current Business Solutions or Functional consultant for a TPM/TPO software provider looking to transition to Product Management.
• A previous or current Product Specialist or Product Manager for software providers working within the CPG domain.

Compensation Structure

Base salary plus variable. The variable is anchored on the employee bonus plan.
