[Hiring] Product Manager @Metaratus™

Role Description

The Product Manager at Metaratus™ is a critical role that involves undertaking various tasks to ensure the successful delivery of products that not only meet clients' demands but surpass their expectations. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development from inception to completion, liaising with different departments to formulate and implement product strategies, and monitor project performance against specified targets.

• Strategize and define a product vision and roadmap based on understanding customer needs, market opportunities, and corporate strategy.
• Work in close collaboration with the Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop a product that aligns with both customer needs and business goals.
• Monitor the execution of the product development lifecycle from concept to launch to ensure that timelines are met and that the product aligns with the company's strategy and goals.
• Evaluate and prioritize feature requests, system improvements, and bug reports.
• Analyze and interpret key metrics, data, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and to measure progress against key success metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other products in the marketplace, anticipating market trends, and applying insights to product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of product management or related experience in a high-tech company, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and presentation skills.
• Deep analytical ability to interpret data and metrics, with a track record of making data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies.

Salary

$90,000-$120,000 per year
