[Hiring] Product Manager @Marvin

Role Description

If you're a storyteller, a builder, and want to be fully immersed in a product that's moving fast and making an impact, we want to hear from you! As a Product Manager at HeyMarvin, your primary objective is to build the right solutions for your users. The best candidate will take full ownership of their pod's priorities, working closely with engineers and designers to plan sprints, set goals, and ensure the team is always two steps ahead. We also move at lightning speed. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love shipping features week after week, you'll fit right in.

• Own the product roadmap and sprint planning for your pod.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Ship smaller features within your first 30 days; quickly ramp up to deliver sprint-on-sprint improvements.
• Continuously iterate based on feedback and data.
• Present product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and data) to build, test, and optimize initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2.5–3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or startup environments. Experience in smaller or medium-sized startups is highly valued.
• Builder, not just a manager. Excited to create, not just oversee. Not here for power, but for the joy of building something meaningful.
• Able to take direction and run with it from week two onwards. We want someone who doesn't need handholding and can function solo, but also collaborates well in daily and weekly stand-ups.
• Strong communicator and motivator, able to lead, influence, and inspire teams.
• Willing to be available to customers and teams as needed, with healthy boundaries for work-life balance.
• If you can write SQL queries and dig into databases, that's a big plus.
