Role Description

Our Client is seeking an exceptionally analytical, proactive, and structured Product Manager to own the critical path from customer problem discovery to shipped software product. Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Technology, this professional will act as the organizational bridge turning corporate scaling strategies into a concrete, prioritized roadmap and a highly detailed backlog. The successful candidate will ensure that the engineering team is continuously supplied with unambiguous, ready-to-build requirements, while serving as the authoritative single source of truth regarding product releases, adoption metrics, and cross-functional enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous Discovery & Intake Management:
  • Leads structured customer interviews and direct advisor discovery sessions.
  • Owns a unified, centralized intake process for feature and enhancement requests.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and prioritizes product feature gaps that block commercial opportunities.
  • Outlines the definitive "why" and quantitative success benchmarks for every product initiative.
• Roadmap Prioritization & Delivery Readiness:
  • Formulates and maintains a living quarterly product roadmap.
  • Executes prioritization judgments, balancing new feature requests and technical debt remediation.
  • Translates initiative visions into comprehensive, delivery-ready Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Hosts collaborative requirements refinement workshops.
  • Participates in sprint planning ceremonies.
• Release Execution & Stakeholder Synthesis:
  • Partners in sprint review sessions to audit technical delivery.
  • Coordinates structural launch plans with the Product Marketing team.
  • Delivers internal software demos and client-facing feature walkthroughs.
  • Aggregates and interprets usage analytics.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for technical product inquiries.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to run structured customer discovery interviews.
  • Comfort making difficult trade-off decisions under incomplete information.
  • Documented background composing highly structured PRDs and technical specs.
  • Strong proficiency pulling, reading, and interpreting product usage data.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate with software engineers and UI/UX designers.
  • Elite written and verbal English communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in wealth management, FinTech, or RIA sectors.
  • Familiarity navigating multi-layered product suites.
  • Experience utilizing advanced product management and sprint planning tools.
