Role Description

As a Product Manager at Ziflow, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product and ensuring it delivers maximum value to our customers. We are looking for someone who combines a deep understanding of user needs with strong analytical and strategic thinking. You will not only gather and translate customer and market insights into actionable requirements but also help set the direction for how our product evolves to meet key business goals.

In this role, you’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration for key areas of the product. That means:

  • Engaging directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities.
  • Working closely with development, design, and QA teams to bring solutions to life.
  • Collaborating across marketing, success, and support to ensure features launch smoothly and effectively.

Your work will involve:

  • Defining detailed user stories.
  • Prioritizing backlogs.
  • Tracking success through clear metrics and instrumentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working for B2B SaaS companies with 3+ years of commercial experience as a software product owner or product manager for SaaS B2B products.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, design, engineering, or a related field.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Strong research and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within Agile Scrum software development environments.
  • Strong awareness and interest in UX, design, and technology.
  • Experience setting product priorities based on business metrics and objectives.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the creative operations space with PM experience working on products for Project Management, Digital Asset Management, Online proofing, or Creative Automation.
  • Experience with Figma, Pendo, ProductBoard, Jira, and n8n is preferred.
  • Experience with AI prototyping tools like v0, Lovable, Replit, etc.
  • Some experience working on product features that incorporate Generative AI, ML, or Machine Vision is a bonus.
  • Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Augment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience of working with remote development teams.

Requirements

  • Gather user requirements from customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Build and operate channels for user and market insights through interviews, surveys, competitive research, idea collection, and product data analysis (Google forms and zoom).
  • Translate requirements into detailed functional user stories and acceptance criteria for our remote development teams.
  • Prioritize and maintain product and sprint backlogs to ensure the delivery of product value.
  • Define and maintain product instrumentation for measuring the success of new feature development.
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy, vision, and goal setting, focusing on how the product can help achieve key business objectives.
  • Work closely with UX, Docs, Development, QA, Marketing, Success, Support, and Sales to define solutions and ensure a successful product release and feature launches.
  • Lead and facilitate sprint planning sessions with Development and QA teams to ensure that items are fully understood.
  • Communicate regularly on project delivery status.
  • Execute user acceptance testing of functionality delivered by development teams.
  • Maintain, evaluate, and update functionality as the product is delivered and feedback is gathered.
  • Triage and help to resolve any issues that may arise in production urgently.
  • Contribute to documentation and continual improvement of the product development process.
  • Strive to constantly develop yourself, maintaining a high awareness of industry trends and initiatives.
