Role Description

This role involves leading the development of top-of-funnel acquisition engines across our portfolio of brands.

• Optimize crawl budget and site architectures in partnership with engineering
• Build dynamic, scalable architectures for auto-generating landing pages
• Pioneer transition into AI search with deep schema markup and entity-resolution strategies
• Design Product-Led Growth (PLG) loops for converting organic traffic into retained users
• Engage in Dual-Track Agile methodology, balancing Discovery and Delivery
• Protect "Maker Time" for engineers and designers to focus on deep work
• Prioritize projects using mathematical frameworks to drive core metrics
• Utilize data-driven approaches for testing and validating new features

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience on high-traffic, complex consumer web or data-heavy platforms
• Proven track record of maintaining a weekly or bi-weekly shipping cadence
• Deep understanding of server-side vs. client-side rendering (SSR/CSR) tradeoffs
• Knowledge of canonicalization logic and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
• Ability to debate API payloads, database architecture, and technical constraints
• Thrives in ambiguity and can deliver data-backed roadmaps

Requirements

• Experience with technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Ability to create and manage Jira Epics effectively
• Strong analytical skills for A/B testing and server-log analysis
