Role Description
We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product team. As a Product Manager, you will support the development of our healthcare data-driven platform while learning the key skills needed for product management. This will be a contract position for a period of 6 months with the potential to convert into a full-time role based on business needs, budget and individual performance.
- Assist the product team in executing the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals.
- Assist the product team in conducting user research, synthesizing learnings and developing design mockups.
- Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings to gather product insights and feedback.
- Assist the product team in establishing and executing scrum/agile processes for product development life cycle, including defining and organizing user stories.
- Assist the product team in developing product requirement documents and related artifacts.
- Support the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Support the assigned scrum team in testing dashboards, reports and other engineering outputs.
- Help track and analyze key product metrics, gathering user feedback to improve the product.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related discipline).
- Interest in healthcare technology, digital health, or biopharmaceutical industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in product management, building enterprise or B2B customer-facing products, and working in a growth stage, start-up environment is a plus!
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
