Role Description

This role involves leading the strategy and execution of product initiatives for our social content distribution product. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver business value in customer-delighting, margin-enhancing, and hard-to-copy ways.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our users, market, and competitors by conducting research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to proactively enhance our product offerings.
  • Own and execute a strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
  • Define and track key product success metrics, using data to guide decisions and iterate on product features.
  • Champion a user-centric approach by advocating for customer needs, refining user journeys, and enhancing engagement—especially for sports organizations, brands, and media professionals.
  • Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring alignment on product vision, priorities, and performance.
  • Contribute to the long-term product strategy, incorporating industry trends, new technologies, and the evolving needs of our customers.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS, media, or creative technology environment.
  • A strong interest in sports and social media, with an understanding of how brands and teams engage audiences through visual content.
  • Customer-first mindset, with a passion for solving real user problems through intuitive and scalable product experiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to define and measure success through key metrics.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and business leaders.
  • Technical and UX fluency, allowing you to work seamlessly with design and engineering teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
