Role Description
We are looking for a Product Growth Specialist who will work across internal ventures and client products to build and run growth systems end-to-end. This is a hands-on execution role. You will not just suggest ideas or define strategies; you will build, test, and run growth systems yourself.

What You Will Work On:

Drive growth across multiple products:
-
Define and test go-to-market approaches
-
Define and continuously refine ICP
-
Build and run outbound systems yourself (lead lists, enrichment, sequences, messaging, CTA testing)
-
Create and iterate positioning and messaging
-
Design and optimize funnels (acquisition β activation β retention)
-
Run fast, small-scale experiments (weekly cycles)
-
Track results and manually optimize campaigns
-
Build growth systems:
-
Set up tracking infrastructure (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console)
-
Build and automate workflows (n8n or similar)
-
Set up and manage CRM & outbound flows (Apollo, HubSpot, email, LinkedIn)
-
Create dashboards and reporting (Looker Studio or similar)
Qualifications

2β4 years experience in growth, performance, or product marketing
-
Hands-on experience executing campaigns (not just planning)
-
Experience with outbound & lead generation systems (Apollo, HubSpot, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach)

Experience working with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Search Console)

Comfortable working in client-facing environments

Strong communication skills in English
Requirements

Experience in startup, agency, or venture environments

Experience working on SaaS or digital products

Hands-on experience with:

n8n or similar automation tools

HubSpot or CRM systems
-
Looker Studio or BI tools
-
Framer or no-code builders
-
Basic understanding of SEO and content-driven growth
-
Familiarity with AEO is a plus
