Role Description

This role involves supporting our product team while helping build out fun, gamified content that brings our fintech mobile app to life.

Support the development, planning, design, and launch of app features and quests
Manage timelines, product boards, spreadsheets, and deliverables with precision
Assist in cross-functional collaboration between content, tech, and design teams
Participate in QA testing and feedback for new features and content
Help write, edit, and QA mobile-first quest content (tips, trivia, micro-courses)
Contribute to the evolution of our brand voice and app content strategy
Support stretch projects and assist the team as needed

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field (or currently finishing)
Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets; experience with Figma is an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
Clear writing and editing skills; a passion for learning about personal finance
Self-starting, dependable, and trustworthy
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge with a willingness to learn more
Canadian citizen or permanent resident
