You'll research market trends, dig into sales and marketplace data, and translate consumer feedback into insights that shape our product assortment. This is a data-meets-creativity role: you'll spot emerging styles, benchmark competitors, track how our SKUs perform on Amazon and beyond, and turn what you find into clear recommendations for the Product Development and Merchandising teams.

• Data & Performance Analysis

• Reporting & Recommendations
  • Build and maintain recurring reports and presentations on product performance, trends, and insights
  • Recommend improvements to pricing, listings, images, promotions, and product specs (this role suggests and supports; it does not set final strategy)
  • Support data entry and maintenance of the master product database
• Collaboration
  • Partner with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing to support data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field (internships count)

• Interest in home décor, retail, or consumer products
• Clear written communication for reports and recommendations
