[Hiring] Product Advisory Manager I – Health @Cority

Role Description

Cority is looking for a goal-driven and enthusiastic industry expert to help promote its brand and position within global occupational health and healthcare software markets. As Product Advisory Manager I – Health , you will act as a subject matter expert for the global occupational health and healthcare market, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on the principles, best practices, management systems, and workflows used by occupational health and healthcare teams globally.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping internal teams effectively design, develop, and position Cority’s solutions to help customers serve their employees and patients, make health professionals’ lives easier, and meet their organizational goals.

You will be a passionate advocate for users, helping Cority build software products that reflect accepted practices, standards, requirements, and ways of working. You will employ your deep understanding of occupational health and healthcare markets and subject matter knowledge to guide product & engineering teams on the solutions health professionals want and need.

Moreover, you will serve as a key advisor of the competitive landscape in these markets. You will provide organizational insight into key competitors, their products, and strategies. Combining product intelligence with industry experience and stakeholder feedback, you will provide direct support to Cority sales teams, helping them advance sales opportunities from discovery through contracting and closure to drive business profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of how health programs work in different settings covering internal occupational/employee health, third-party occupational health services, and healthcare practice management.
• Solid understanding of health challenges across user groups, industries, and provider types.
• Strong understanding of how software is used in different health settings.
• Degree or other relevant qualification in a health discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience in clinical practice and/or operational health management roles.

Requirements

• Monitor, interpret, translate, and advise internal stakeholders on practices, programs, systems, challenges, objectives, trends, innovations, and advancements within health domains and/or industry verticals.
• Act as an expert on how to win against competitors; translate competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
• Coach internal teams on the interests, challenges, pain points, and responsibilities of individuals involved in Health Management activities.
• Actively support and advance sales opportunities to realize sales conversion.
• Help define and promote Cority’s Health Management product vision, strategy & investment priorities.
• Provide industry and/or product expertise to inform M&A evaluations.
• Support the discovery, evaluation, integration and launch of third-party software/content with Cority solutions.
• Act as the company’s voice for its products and differentiated value with key internal and external stakeholders.
